Joan B Ruocco, age 81, of Scotrun, PA, a beloved mother and grandmother, sadly left the company of her children and made her journey to heaven on Monday, October 28, 2024 after her battle with cancer.

She was the rock that held the family together and will be missed more than words can say. Joan was a beacon of light to her whole family and made each and every one of them feel special.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Ruocco, Sr., and is leaving a legacy through the family that loved her so dearly.

Surviving are her children; Donna (Craig) Vorwald, Susan (Angelo) Mastroviti, Vincent (Jaime) Ruocco Jr, Richard (Diane) Ruocco, Dawn (Phil) Engle and Michael (Jessica) Ruocco and sixteen grandchildren; Jim, Kerri, Angelo, Nichole, Jim, Brittany, Richard, Janine, Philip, Brandon, Cristian, Kayla, Kaitlyn, Madallyn, Roxy and Axl.

Joan's life will be celebrated privately by her immediate family, who meant everything to her.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Cremation Care of NEPA.
