Michelle Gaenzle Colbaugh, 68, of New Milford Township, PA, died Thursday, May 14, 2026 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Wilkes Barre, PA, after courageous battle with cancer.

Born October 21, 1957 in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard, Sr. and Laney (Bowser) Gaenzle.

Mickey served in the U.S. Air Force both active duty and the reserves with 20 years of service. She was later a civilian employee of the U.S. Air Force having worked as an air crew bus driver, a job she truly loved. Prior to her retirement, she was a computer technician with Dell Computers for 8 years. Mickey has resided in Oklahoma for many years.

She is survived by three sisters: Jennifer Gaenzle, Lynn Lopresti and Cindy Yaskowski; one brother: Richard Gaenzle, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

Interment, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Old Zionsville, PA.
