Rosemary Biskupek, 86, of Lake Ariel, PA, died peacefully on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at her home with her daughter and grandson at her bed side.

Born November 13, 1939 in Sussex, England, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Alice (Belton) Smith. Rosemary enjoyed cooking for her family as well as playing Poker on her T.V. She was a talented cook having worked in England as head cook supervisor feeding over 400 children per day.

She is survived by her daughter: Alison; a grandson: Dale; eight siblings: Freda, Bill and wife the late Mary; Albert "Knobby" and wife the late Pat; Hilda and husband the late Norman, Sylvia and husband the late Mike, Julia, Sheila and husband the late Ken and Angie and husband, Kenny; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosemary had a special place in her heart for Jean Marie, Larry, Michelle and Peter.

She was also preceded in death by her husband: Werner Biskupek; and a daughter: Suzanne.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Cremation Case of NEPA.
