• Transportation of your loved one from a hospital, coroner’s office, care facility, hospice, or another funeral home
• If the death occurs at a private residence immediate removal is required, and an additional $200 fee applies
• Meeting with family to complete all required cremation paperwork or completing paperwork electronically if the next of kin is out of the area
• Filing the death certificate and obtaining all necessary permits from county and state officials
• A required minimal cremation casket
• Cremation performed by certified professionals
• Online obituary placement on our web site
• Ashes returned in a temporary container, available for pickup by next of kin 

Additional Costs

• Certified death certificates at $20 each (waived for veterans and eligible spouses)
• County cremation permit fee (varies by location, typically $50 to $100)
• Newspaper obituary placement
• Mailing of ashes within the continental U.S. ($125 Min. via USPS)
